Our SPC floors are manufactured in accordance with accepted industry standards.

between 18 and 22 degrees Celsius 48 hours before installation, and during the installation
period. Do not remove the planks from the box during this acclimatization period.

SPC floors can be installed over of a multitude of in-floor heating systems, provided that
instructions from the supplier of the in-floor heating system are followed.
The temperature of the sub-floor or the heat radiating from electric heating mats should not
exceed 84 degrees Fahrenheit (29 degrees Celsius)
WARRANTY INFORMATION
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser with proof
of purchase with date on it.
Our SPC products are warranted free from manufacturing defects and not to wear
through under normal indoor residential use for years. Wear through is defined as loss of
the floor design due to normal household use. We recommend using floor protectors. As
a general rule of thumb, the heavier the item, the wider the floor protectors should be.
SPC flooring is guaranteed to be 100% waterproof but spills should be cleaned in a
timely manner to prevent the possibility of mold or mildew growth.
A fade warranty for vinyl flooring typically provides coverage for stains, discoloring or
fading when used under normal household conditions.

Changes in color due to aging, excessive moisture, exposure to sunlight or UV rays will
not be considered a defect. All vinyl flooring is sensitive to UV rays and will exhibit some
change in color. Area rugs and large furniture should be moved occasionally, as they
block sunlight and may cause the flooring to age at different rates or areas of varying
coloration
CARE AND MAINTENANCE
During installation and after the flooring is completely installed, all dirt and construction debris
should be removed and the floor swept clean. Immediately clean up all spills with a damp
rag. Vacuum or sweep the floor regularly to remove all soil, grit and sand. Do not use vacuum
with a beater brush. For regular maintenance, sweep dirt and damp mop regularly with warm
water and vinyl floor cleaner. Do not use soap based detergents or abrasive cleaners.
Instead, use neutral floor cleaners. To avoid possible permanent indentation or surface
damage, proper floor protection devices must be used under the furniture and appliances.
Exercise care when removing or replacing furniture or appliances. Always use clean
equipment! Dirty equipment only redistributes the dirt.
Place natural fiber rugs at entry points to help trap grit and absorb moisture that may damage
the finish. This can protect the floors from dirt or wear. Only natural fiber rugs should be used.
No rubber rugs or pads.
Protect your floor against direct sunlight or any intense source of artificial lighting. Over time,
intense natural and artificial light may discolor the floors.
Do not roll, or drag heavy objects across your floor. Do not wear shoes having heel taps,
spikes, cleats, rocks, gravel or sharp objects protruding from the sole.
Add felt pads to all furniture and chair legs to prevent damage to the floor. Replace the felt
pads when dirty or worn. For extremely heavy objects, use wide, non staining rubber cups.
Protective floor coverings for wheeled office furniture should be used.
